We are so happy that you have decided to join us on our November 7-14th trip. We received your AFSI Chizuk Mission Registration form for our upcoming Mission to Israel, and we look forward to seeing you in November. However, to secure your place, there are two steps left:
1) A $500 deposit that is non-refundable after September 14, 2017 must be placed with the completion of this form. Please note, payment in full and a copy of your passport must be on file prior to the due date of October 16, 2017. Payments can be made via the 2 ways listed below.
