Could the Middle East Ignite?
An interesting article in today’s Jerusalem Post suggests that the PA is worried that Hamas’s “Great March of Return” in Gaza may upstage and eclipse it. Palestinian political movements compete for who can be the most anti-American and anti-Israeli. So it is logical that the PA will stage their own march, only this time from the West Bank into Jerusalem, Hebron, or Bethlehem
With that said, believe it or not, Israel may have been given a gift, as its adversary is clearly signaling in advance what it is planning to do. It is up to Israel to come up with an effective plan to deal with tens of thousands of Palestinians crossing the ’49 armistice lines from both Gaza and the West Bank simultaneously.

In Israel, when the sirens sound off at 10 AM, for a full two minutes the entire country comes to a standstill in silence to pause and remember the Six Million who perished in the Holocaust. People all over Israel from local cafes, beaches, neighborhood residences, schools, and major highways observe Yom HaShoah together as a People and a Nation. Please take a moment to remember the Six Million.

Victim or Victor?
By Charlie Bernhaut
How can one explain that leftwing New York Jews rallied outside the Union for Reform Judaism offices last Wednesday and said Kaddish for the dead Hamas terrorists? (I wonder if they have ever said Kaddish for Jews who have been brutally murdered by Arab terrorists?)
It has been found that people subjected to abuse are inclined to blame themselves for their misfortune. What did I do wrong? Maybe if I change, my persecutors will forgive me? People who are openly committed to my annihilation are justified. We stole their land and have no right to it.
Rabbi Meir Kahane wrote: “No one, no people, has so sadly honed guilt to a finer art than we Jews. There are, invariably, those liberal Jews who instinctively feel guilty about everything……we are occupiers and conquerors, we oppress innocent people; our national soul is being corroded; we are above all, guilty”.
It is very clear that the Gaza/Gush Katif experiment is a total failure. We see what Israel got in return for giving the Arabs Gaza: murdered Jews; Hamas dedicated to Israel’s destruction; thousands of rockets bombarding Israel; hatred of the Jews embedded in the hearts and minds of every Arab; billions of dollars diverted to building tunnels and buying weapons rather than used for building an economic, free society. “Land for Peace” is really “Land for Pieces (of Israel)”.
Those leftwing Jews who said Kaddish for the dead Hamas terrorists are pathetic, self-loathing, arrogant, and ignorant specimens who prefer to view the existence of Israel being born in sin. Ignore all the wars dedicated to the destruction of the Jewish State and the killing of Jews. Ignore the fact that a Palestinian State will be a terrorist state. Ignore the fact that there is no such thing as a democratic Arab state.
The days of Jewish ‘victimhood’ are over. Jews have every right to the land of Israel. Stand up and be proud of our victorious, brave Israel.
Terror Attack Thwarted Near Ma’Aleh Adumim
Prime Minister Netanyahu’s spokesman, David Keyes, put a reporter in his place and explained that the number of people killed is not necessarily reflective of the morality of each side, despite the common misconception.
Egypt, Saudi Arabia Urge Hamas to End ‘Great March of Return’ Protest
Both Saudi Arabia and Egypt have called on militant organization Hamas to end the protests it is holding for the “March of Return,” according to an Egyptian source.
An Egyptian Foreign Ministry official was anonymously quoted as saying that, in exchange for halting the protests, Egypt would ensure that the Rafah border crossing, which Egypt controls, would be regularly opened. The source said that the agreement had come under the direction of the Saudis.
IDF Responds with Artillery Barage to Protect Border
Terrorists operating from the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip approached Israeli forces along the border with Gaza Sunday afternoon, prompting the IDF to launch an artillery barrage on terrorist positions in the Strip.
The incident occurred after several armed terrorists on the Israel-Gaza frontier crossed the Gaza security fence and entered Israeli territory.
Strike 2! US Blocks UN Call for Investigation Into Gaza Deaths
The United States blocked a United Nations Security Council statement supporting the right of Palestinian Arabs to “demonstrate peacefully” on the border with Israel.
Prior to Friday’s protest, the U.S. State Department issued a statement on the Gaza protests that said it, “strongly urges protest leaders to communicate loudly and clearly that protestors should march peacefully; should abstain from all forms of violence; should remain outside the 500-meter buffer zone; and should not approach the border fence in any way or any location.”
